European Traveler offers a three (3) year warranty for all products, and covers manufacturing defects and normal wear and tear. European Traveler will repair items with defects in materials or workmanship, such as faulty handles, zippers, or locks.
However, European Traveler does not cover damage caused by airlines or transit. Claims for transit-related damage should be directed to the carrier. Damages resulting from abuse, cosmetic issues, and incidental or consequential damages are excluded.
Our stock varies between stores, catalogue and online. The product you see in the store or catalogue may not reflect what you see online and vice versa. If you cannot find your preferred item, please contact us and we will try to find the item or an alternative for you.
Please contact us if you wish to purchase an older item from our range. We will try to locate it for you, or provide an alternative from our current range.
You may check the status of your most recent orders by clicking on “Track Orders” under My Account. You will be prompted to enter in your order number and either your zip code and/or email address. You are required to enter an e-mail address during Checkout, so that you may receive emails regarding the status of your order. This will bring your to the Order History page, which will provide you with detailed information about your current and past orders. Click on the tracking number located next to the item you want to track in order to view your order status and expected delivery date.
If order “is in route,” you may opt to receive updates via SMS or email. If order “is processing,” you may view an expected delivery date. You may also sign into your account and click on “View your order status.” A link is also located in your confirmation email. Please note: order information may not appear in your order history on www.europeantraveler.co for up to 24 hours.
After you have clicked “Place Order”, you cannot cancel or change your order. Our system is designed to process and ship orders immediately.
Other questions
Well, every product has its own drying time. And its quite risky to paint during the rainy season. If in case, you go ahead with the painting and it rains heavily, not allowing enough time for the paint to dry , you might have to face problems. Hence, we recommend you to observe the weather condition and then go ahead with painting.

Yes, they are. Our soft-side luggage are made of naturally water-resistant fabrics and materials. And our hard-case luggage are specially treated for wet weather conditions.
If your luggage has become dirty, you can follow these simple steps:
- Remove any fabric or soft particles on your luggage’s exterior. You can wipe them off by hand or with a cloth.
- Use a cleaning product designed for fabrics. Apply on affected area according to its instructions, and then wipe off.
- Allow your luggage to air dry completely before storing.
For best results, allow your luggage to dry in sunlight.
Hard-case luggage can accumulate scuffs and scratches over prolonged use. Care for them with these steps:
- Test your preferred cleaning solution on the affected area. If it works correctly, apply to the rest of your luggage as per cleaning solution’s instructions.
- When finished wipe down your luggage with a damp cloth. Ensure no spots are missed.
- Dry your luggage with a dry cloth. Then leave it open to air it out overnight.
If there are spots or dirt that does not come off with your cleaner, use an alkaline solution, such as baking soda.
A product’s availability is clearly noted on the Product Detail page as In Stock, Backorder, or Pre-order. Most products on our site are In Stock and ready to ship. Some products are either not yet available (Pre-order) or temporarily out-of-stock (Backorder).
